EARLY WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES
* If your Time Certificate has an original maturity of 30 days to 91 days:
The fee we may impose will equal all interest earned on the account or all
interest that could have been earned during a period equal to half the term,
whichever is greater. * If your Time Certificate has an original maturity of more than 91 days, but
less than one year:
The fee we may impose will equal 90 days interest on the amount withdrawn
subject to penalty. * If your Time Certificate has an original maturity of one year: The
fee we may impose will equal 90 days interest on the amount withdrawn subject to
penalty. * If your Time Certificate has an original maturity of more than one year:
The fee we may impose will equal 182 days interest on the amount withdrawn
subject to penalty. * If your IRA has an original maturity of one year:
The fee we may impose will equal 90 days interest on the amount withdrawn
subject to penalty. * If your IRA has an original maturity of 18 months:
The fee we may impose will equal 182 days interest on the amount withdrawn
subject to penalty.
In certain circumstances such as the death or incompetence of an owner of a Time
Certificate or IRA, the law permits, or in some cases requires, the waiver of
the early withdrawal penalty. See your plan disclosure if the account is part of
an IRA or other tax qualified plan.
Compounding Frequency:
Interest will be compounded every day.
Crediting Frequency:
* If your account has an original maturity of 30 to 179 days: Interest will be
credited to your account at maturity.
* If your account has an original maturity of 180 days or more: Interest will be
credited to your account every quarter.
Withdrawal of interest prior to maturity:
The annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until
maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
All Certificates of Deposit and IRAs have a ten (10) day grace period at
maturity. There are no bank penalties during the ten (10) day grace period.
